This is one way of catching a fraudulent payments even if the thief has changed your billing address. 5.Request an accounting of disclosures. - The accounting will give detailed informations on what are they, and to whom it was sent ot. It's also a good way to track theft. Review your credit report. - If you're a victim of medical identity fraud and raked up unpaid hospital bills in your name, this could be a turn up on your credit report.
